Permit required if skip to be placed on 

  • Public Road

  • Footpath

Not required if skip to be placed on

  • Driveway

  • Hardstanding

  • Privately owned property

Skips greater than 8cu.yds. capacity cannot be placed on a public road or footpath. CNES Permits required for public road or footpath, 3-5 days for approval.

Skip siting must not 

  • Block any road or footpath

  • Block or cover any drain

  • Be placed on a verge
